Left with an unexplainable emptiness, I desperately chased the next feeling, thing, or title convinced I could fill the void… again and again
Until I spectacularly flamed out.
This is the vicious cycle perpetuated by our hustle culture. The same one that proselytizes success only comes to those willing to sacrifice their soul and work themselves to the bone 24/7.
Well, at 36 I had my wake up call. Like you, the majority of my life was spent mindlessly checking off the conventional boxes on a quest for “happiness,” only to reset to zero once the thrill of grabbing that next brass ring faded.
After a lifetime of chasing the expected, disconnected from my power and oblivious to my true purpose… I found myself divorced, starting over, and scared!
The aftermath involved years of healing through therapy, reiki, spiritual mentorship, and reading every self-help book I could get my hands on.
It was during this time I experimented with the tools that would ultimately help me reach new heights in my career, family, and relationships.
The game changed forever once I understood that I am the creator of my life (not a victim) and that I’m not alone. When I figured out how to practice creation in my life, the results were unimaginable!!!
It was no longer about holding on tighter, or fighting for control, but learning how to attract, get in the flow state, create balance, and let go.
And now I’m on a journey to help you co-create with the universe in a way that finally feels aligned.
